Rates

$120 for 50-55 minute individual session (including intake)

$120 for 50-55 minute EMDR session

Insurance

I am currently contracted with multiple insurances, but it is always the client’s responsibility to check to make sure I am in network with their plan.

I am currently contracted with: Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Carelon/Kaiser, United and UMR.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I am also able to collect payment with HSA credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $60 cancellation fee.
