Therapy for Depression and Anxiety

Depression and Anxiety for some people can be long-lasting, and for others, can come on quickly.

Do these thoughts often enter your mind?

  • I am worthless and can’t do anything about it.
  • I feel guilty for just wanting to eat, sleep and be alone.
  • I hate who I am these days.
  • I can’t stop crying, which makes me want to stay away from others.
  • I feel gut-wrenching pain, but no one understands.

I find many of my clients have battled with anxiety over the years and often find they don't even realize they had, or currently have, anxiety.

For a lot of people, anxiety looks like:

  • Trouble sleeping due to racing thoughts
  • Excessive worrying and difficulty controlling worrying
  • Trouble concentrating
  • Panic attacks
  • Being easily fatigued
  • Feeling uncomfortable in public or social settings
  • Irritability
